About the Company

Fitness 4 All was established in 2008 as a business arm of The Disability Trust. The service provides personal and group training that meets the needs of individuals and allows them to participate at their own pace, in their own time.

Profits from Fitness 4 All go directly to Sport & Recreation Services (a service of The Disability Trust), therefore assisting the development of sport and recreational activities for people with a disability in the Illawarra and Shoalhaven.

The Disability Trust was established in 1974 by people with disabilities, their families and supporters. Services are provided in:

Illawarra – Southern Highlands – Eurobodalla – South West Sydney – Bega Valley – Shoalhaven – Goulburn

Community Services:
• Day Programs
• Recreation & Sport
• Self Advocacy
• Independent Living

Respite and Residential Services:
• Respite
• Emergency Care
• Personal Care
• Group Living

Vocational Services:
• Open & supported Employment

"Clients of the Wollongong Day Programs have been attending Fitness 4 All for some time now and I have never seen them more excited about completing a fitness program. They are always waiting with excitement to meet Amy at Towradgi Park ready to begin their program.
Fitness 4 All is a fantastic program and we are very pleased with the fact that the program has been developed around the individual clients. Amy is a great support to the clients and they each respond extremely well to her and the program. They enjoy the program and all participate at 100% of their capability. We are actually in the process of trying to attain a second booking allowing for another group to be developed.
